  • Address Proof (Any one of the following)

    Passport Voter ID Card Driving License Utility Bills (Electricity, Water, Telephone, etc.) – not older than 3 months Bank Statements – not older than 3 months Property Tax Receipt Aadhar Card

  • Submission and Verification

    Submission: Submit the physical or scanned copies of the documents to the certifying authority. Verification: Certifying authority may conduct in-person or online verification processes.
